Clarice Marike Rozema is the founder and managing director of Hunter Select BV, a prominent recruitment agency focused on the Northern labor market in the Netherlands, operating from Groningen and Heerenveen. Since November 1998, Clarice has led Hunter Select, serving both employers and job seekers across Friesland, Groningen, and Drenthe. Additionally, since January 2016, Clarice has been a matchmaker between entrepreneurs and coaches through the initiative Ondernemer Coacht Ondernemer, and from November 2010 to January 2016, held the position of Goodwill Ambassador at Stichting BizWorld, promoting entrepreneurship among elementary school students. Clarice has also served on the board of the sc Heerenveen Business Club and held various roles in recruitment prior to establishing Hunter Select. Academic qualifications include a post-doctoral degree in Governance from Wagner Groep and a master's degree in Orthopedagogy from the University of Groningen.
