Amanda Filipcevic is an experienced legal professional specializing in building and construction law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Risk at Hunter Medical Research Institute since May 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Senior Associate at Moray & Agnew from July 2017 to May 2021. Prior to that, Amanda was Legal Counsel at Ampcontrol from September 2012 to July 2017 and a Senior Associate at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers from May 2008 to September 2012. Academically, Amanda holds a Masters of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne and a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Newcastle.
