Biju Jose Arrackal is a Senior Tooling Engineer at Hunter Industries since April 2017, specializing in the management of Battery Container Molds and the sustaining of high-precision molds for the medical industry. Prior to this, Biju served as Tooling Manager for Automotive Lighting at Varroc Lighting Systems, overseeing multicolor injection tooling for various high-profile automotive projects, including those for Tesla and Ford. Previous roles include Senior Tooling Engineer at Aptiv, where responsibility included managing tool transfer and maintenance for automotive connectors, and Manager Toolroom at Fleetguard Filters, focusing on tooling maintenance for stamping and deep draw dies. Biju began a career as a Tooling Engineer at AKSESORI SETIA SDN. BHD. and earlier at NTTF, honing skills in tool design and manufacturing processes. Biju holds an Associate's degree in Tool Die Making from NTTF and has a foundational education from the University of Calicut and Tagore High School in India.
