Austin Chadwick is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in agile methodologies and technical coaching. Currently serving as a Distinguished Software Engineer and Agile/Technical Coach at Hunter Industries since September 2018, Austin specializes in practices such as TDD, DevOps, and legacy modernization. Previous roles include Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer and Agile Coach at Nordson ASYMTEK, and Software Engineer at Southern California Edison, where Austin significantly contributed to critical plant software for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station and received the Chief Nuclear Officer Award for excellence. Austin holds multiple Master's degrees in Apologetics, Philosophy, and Religion from Southern Evangelical Seminary, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos, and a Certificate in Apologetics from Biola University.
