Owen Bowerman has extensive experience in recruitment and sailing. Currently a Partner at Hunter Gatherer Mental Health since January 2022, Owen focuses on the mental health recruitment sector. Previously, during tenure at Hunter AHP from October 2018 to January 2022, roles included Team Manager and Associate Partner, contributing to the same niche market. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Recruitment Consultant at the Royal Yachting Association and as a National Coach at BEN AINSLIE RACING LIMITED, where Owen competed as a Professional Sailor for the Youth Americas Cup-winning team in 2017. Owen also held leadership roles at the University of Bath Sailing Club and sailed professionally with the British Sailing Team. A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics was obtained from the University of Bath, enhancing skills in analytical thinking and education through experience as a Maths Tutor.
