Justin Barrington began their work experience in 2005 as a Project Supervisor at Apache Contracting Services Inc. Justin then worked as a Project Lead at Conam Inspection & Engineering Services, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Spectrum Engineering, Inc. as a Piping Designer. From 2008 to 2012, Justin served as a Sr. Project Designer at Dynamic Engineering. Currently, they hold two roles at Hunter Buildings: Vice President since 2018 and Construction Manager since 2013.

Justin Barrington attended San Jacinto College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Aided Design. Following this, they enrolled at Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2005, specializing in Construction Management.
