Nick Falvo has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Nick began their career in 2003 as a Legislative Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives. Nick then moved on to work as an Intern/Summer Associate at Van Scoyoc Associates from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked in Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at the American Insurance Association. In 2011, they joined Akerman LLP as a Legislative Analyst and later became a Legislative Counsel, serving until 2015. Nick then worked as Legal and Legislative Counsel at CSPEN from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they briefly served as the Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Career Education Colleges and Universities. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Special Assistant in the Office of the Administrator at the US Environmental Protection Agency. In 2018, they had two concurrent roles as a Senior Counsel at GSA and as an Attorney Advisor at the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council. Their most recent role is as the Director of Legislative Risk Management at Hunt Companies, Inc., which they started in 2023.
Nick Falvo received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Hillsdale College in 2001. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Ave Maria School of Law and obtained their Juris Doctor degree.
