Leonardo Mogollon has a diverse work experience in the energy and mining industry. In 2018, they served as the Secretary at Centro de Investigaci贸n y Desarrollo Cultural Petrolero (CIDCP), where they were responsible for organizing events, workshops, and conferences to promote research. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of President at CIDCP, leading the student group's efforts in research promotion. In 2020, Leonardo worked as a Scholar at OSINERGMIN, specializing in the regulation and supervision of the energy and mining industry. Leonardo then joined Hunt Oil Company in 2021 as a Reservoir and Production Intern, gaining hands-on experience in the field. Working their way up, they became a Technical Analyst at Hunt Oil Company in September 2022, contributing their expertise to their operations.

Leonardo Mogollon completed their Bachillerato in Ingenier铆a de Petr贸leo, Gas Natural y Petroqu铆mica at the National University of Engineering from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they participated in an academic exchange program at the Instituto Polit茅cnico Nacional, where they studied Ingenier铆a Petrolera / Ingenier铆a Qu铆mica - Petrolera for one year. Additionally, Leonardo obtained several certifications, including Big Data & Analytics from the Centro de Tecnolog铆as de la Informaci贸n y Comunicaciones CTIC UNI, Gestion de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, una Visi贸n Estrat茅gica de la Norma ISO 45001 from Gestion Integral HQSE, SCRUM Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, Introducci贸n a la Medici贸n de las Variables Operativas de Sistemas Integrales de Producci贸n Primaria, Introducci贸n a la Operaci贸n del Sistema de Bombeo de Crudo Estabilizado, and Introducci贸n a la Operaci贸n del Sistema de Compresi贸n de Gas Natural, all from the ITPE - Instituto Tecnol贸gico del Petr贸leo y Energ铆a. These certifications were obtained in May and June of 2020.
