Ioana-Anca Neacsu has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Ioana-Anca began their career as a Legal Advisor at BNP Florentina Victoria Dragan in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager at Sterling Resources Ltd (Midia Resources SRL). Ioana-Anca then transitioned into a managerial role at the same company, where they led and supported HR-related projects and provided support for drilling campaigns. In 2015, Neacsu joined Black Sea Oil & Gas SRL as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing talent acquisition, policy development, performance management, and employee relations. Most recently, they worked at Hunt Oil Company as an HR Manager, responsible for implementing HR initiatives and serving as a strategic business partner.
