Graeme Scott is a Principal at Hunt & Hunt Lawyers since April 2021, with extensive experience in insolvency, reconstruction, PPSA, and intellectual property law. Previously, Graeme served as Special Counsel at Hall & Wilcox and as a Partner in Commercial Litigation at Cornwall Stodart, where notable achievements included prosecuting a former director for misappropriation and acting for liquidators in high-profile cases in the Supreme Court of Victoria. Graeme has also held positions at Herbert Geer and Macpherson & Kelley Lawyers, specializing in commercial litigation, and began a career in tax consulting at Toushe Ross Accountants. Graeme holds a Masters of Laws in Intellectual Property Law and dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Economics from Monash University.
