Marjorie Torres, PMP, is an experienced project manager at Hunt, Guillot and Associates (HGA) since August 2012, specializing in federally-funded housing and infrastructure projects, including grant management and compliance services. Prior to this role, Marjorie served as an Emergency Management Specialist at IEM from May 2003 to August 2012, focusing on disaster planning, response and recovery support, and technical writing. Marjorie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University.
