Christian Pascal is an experienced restaurateur and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Owner of Bill’s Supper Club since May 2023. As the Founder of Paragon Flair since January 2003 and Co-Owner of Hunt & Fish Club since January 2015, Christian has established a strong presence in the dining industry. Previous experience includes a role in Special Events at Ark Restaurants Corp, which operates over 40 restaurants and catering services in major U.S. cities. Educational background includes attendance at The Dwight School.
