Benjamin Gustafson is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and architectural design, currently serving as the Director of Rochester Operations and Principal at HUNT Engineers, Architects & Surveyors since November 2009. In this role, Benjamin directs multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across various sectors, while also focusing on organizational strategies to enhance employee engagement and attract top talent. Previous positions include serving as Civil Team Leader and Project Manager at HUNT, where Benjamin led teams in civil engineering projects. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Civil Engineer at Toll Brothers, Community Development Engineer for The ODRINO Foundation in Haiti, and Junior Civil Engineer at Adler Engineers. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and a Master of Religion in Urban Studies/Affairs from Westminster Theological Seminary.
