Sebastian Malunga Jr is currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Hungry Lion since April 2023, following a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Choppies Superstores from March 2020 to April 2023. Their experience includes updating HRIS, managing Napsa and NHIMA registrations, compiling recruitment and termination reports, handling records management, and conducting administrative tasks and performance reviews. Sebastian is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Zambia Open University, alongside a Diploma in Organisational Behaviour from Alison and a Diploma in International Human Resources from Uniathena Global Education. Additionally, Sebastian holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the National Institute of Public Administration, completed between 2018 and 2020.
