Firmansah has a diverse range of work experience. Firmansah started their career as a Math Tutor at LBB Predator LC from February 2018 to July 2019. In September 2019 to November 2019, they worked as a Data Entry Freelance at Liga Mahasiswa. In February 2020 to April 2020, they were an intern as a Backend End Developer at Come (PT Global Teknokreasi Indonesia). Following that, from March 2020 to November 2021, they worked as a Back End Developer at Pesen Website. In October 2021 to January 2022, they held a role as a Backend Engineer Intern at kumparan. From January 2022 to December 2022, they were further employed at kumparan as a Backend Engineer. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Hungry Hub starting from January 2023.

Firmansah completed their high school education at SMA N 1 Rowokele from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a General Science (IPA) track. Firmansah then went on to attend Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (Sistem Informasi).

In addition to their formal education, Firmansah obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they earned the MTA Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Firmansah also pursued various online courses and certifications, including "Belajar Dasar-Dasar DevOps" from Dicoding Indonesia, which they completed in May 2023. In July 2021, they obtained the "Belajar Fundamental Aplikasi Back-End" certification from Dicoding Indonesia. Firmansah also participated in the Amazon Cloud and Back-End Developer Scholarship Program, where they completed several certifications, including "Architecting on AWS (Membangun Arsitektur Cloud di AWS)" in May 2021, "Belajar Dasar Pemrograman JavaScript" in April 2021, "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi Back-End untuk Pemula" in April 2021, and "Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Belajar Dasar AWS Cloud)" in April 2021.
