Spencer Coplin

Spencer Coplin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT support. Spencer began their career as a Volunteer Computer Technician at the Houston Area League of PC Users in 1998, providing free support to members. Spencer also worked as a Tech at PDQ.net and provided end user desktop support at Advanced Data Solutions.

In 2004, Spencer joined The Enhancement Institute as the Manager of Clinical Support, where they managed IT operations, purchasing, and provided clinical support for multiple neurotherapy software solutions.

From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an IT Specialist at The Aldridge Company, where they contributed to the company's IT infrastructure and support services.

Spencer then served as the IT Manager at Meyer Moser Lang, LLP from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the technology chain and specialized in Interwoven Filesite, Windows, and Moss.

Starting in 2011, Spencer became the President of Red Rock Service, LLC. Spencer resolved client issues with state-of-the-art technology, provided 24/7 technical support availability, and planned and implemented technology infrastructures for clients.

In 2018, they joined F1 Technology Group as the VP of Technical Support. During their tenure, they successfully migrated clients from Red Rock Service to F1's support system, developed F1's Veeam Cloud offering, and provided end-to-end support for backups of client critical data.

Currently, Spencer works as a Cloud Administrator at HungerRush since 2021.

Throughout their career, Spencer has demonstrated expertise in various areas of IT, including technical support, customer satisfaction, disaster recovery advisement, vendor relationships, proposals, contract review, and account management. Spencer has also gained experience in managing technology infrastructures, troubleshooting, and tracking billable and non-billable time.

Spencer Coplin attended the University of Houston from 2003 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of certifications, they became an Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America in 2000. In 2010, they obtained a certification as an Accessdata Certified Examiner. Most recently, in May 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
