Helena Lennerstedt began their work experience as a Quality and Environmental Manager at Pentronic from June 2003 to August 2005. Lennerstedt then moved on to work as a Quality Manager at Elimag from September 2005 to May 2007. Following this, they worked as a Consultant at Caran from May 2007 to April 2008. In 2008, they joined Volvo Penta, initially starting as an SQD and later becoming a Manager of Quality and Projects Purchasing from January 2012 to September 2016. From May 2016 to September 2016, they briefly acted as the Acting VP of Purchasing before being promoted to VP Purchasing in October 2016. In this role, they led the Global Purchasing department at Volvo Penta and was responsible for managing approximately 100 people across various teams. Finally, in 2023, they took on the role of CEO at Humphree AB.
Lennerstedt Helena pursued their education at Linköping University, where they completed a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Engineering and Management from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Business from the same university between 1996 and 1998.
