Syed Adam Hussain has extensive experience in customer success and account management. Syed Adam began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Branch Manager at Springleaf Financial Services, where they worked with clients in taking loan applications and underwriting them for approval or denial. In 2012, they moved to Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker, responsible for providing customer service to clients opening a variety of new banking products. In 2013, they joined Kimberlite Corporation as an Account Manager, where they monitored a San Francisco book of business valued at 10 million in revenue. In 2015, they began working at Zenefits as a Senior Account Manager, managing a book of business consisting of 110 mid-market and enterprise accounts. In 2017, they joined Envoy as a Global Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they were the primary contact post-sales in deploying customers. In 2018, they moved to Indio Technologies Inc. as VP of Customer Success/CX, where they built and managed a multi-state Customer Success team and oversaw a 70-person team based in the Philippines. Currently, they work at Hummingbird as VP of Customer Success/CX.
Syed Adam Hussain has obtained a Project Management Certificate from San Francisco State University Extended Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University. Syed Adam also holds a certification as an Accident and Health Agent, Life-Only Agent from the California Department of Insurance.
