Mishelle Predika is a dedicated Community Engagement Officer at Hume City Council since August 2022, with extensive experience in community services and program promotion. Prior to this role, Mishelle worked with the City of Melbourne from December 2008 to August 2022, coordinating family services and managing community programs while ensuring the safety of council assets and staff training. Mishelle's earlier experience includes serving as Training and Publications Coordinator at Victoria University, where responsibilities included managing a student volunteer program and financial oversight, as well as coordinating operations and volunteer programs at Inner Melbourne Community Legal from 1996 to 2007. Mishelle holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from La Trobe University, along with an Associate's Degree in Community Development from RMIT University.
