Claire Radbourne is an experienced professional in customer experience and management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Hume City Council since September 2024. As the Founder of TheXword, an award-winning customer experience startup established in January 2020, Claire focuses on providing valuable insights to small and medium-sized enterprises. Prior experience includes a prominent role as Head of Experience at oOh! from March 2015 to September 2024, where strategic initiatives were led to enhance operational excellence, and previous leadership positions at oOh!media in various commercial roles. An active figure in the student community, Claire also contributed as the National President of the Australasian Association of Campus Activities from September 2011 to September 2014. Claire holds a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University, a Bachelor's degree in Law, and an Advanced Diploma in Business from Victoria University, along with a Diploma in Business (Marketing).
