Charles Nowak has extensive experience in the solid waste management and recycling sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Humdinger Equipment since October 2023, Charles Nowak also operates as a manager and consultant for Charles A Nowak, focusing on organization and restructuring. Previously, Charles Nowak held the position of General Manager at Blythe Township Landfill from January 2018 to June 2022, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing all aspects of landfill operations. From January 2007 to September 2021, Charles Nowak worked as the Transfer Station Manager at Duck Island Recycling, overseeing operations, marketing, and financial forecasting. Charles Nowak holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, obtained between 1971 and 1975.
