Chad Phares began their work experience in 1994 at Eagle Picher Industries / Noble Construction Company, where they worked as a Business Unit Manager until 2003. In 2003, they joined Humdinger Equipment, Ltd. as the Vice President, a position they currently hold.

Chad Phares obtained a Master's Business Administration degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Texas Tech University from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, they received a certification in Certified Production and Inventory Management from APICS in 1999.
