Katey Randall is a skilled professional with diverse experience in administration, customer service, and historical research. Currently serving as a Program Secretary for the Humboldt County Office of Education since April 2020, Katey also manages front-of-house operations as a bartender at The Boardroom Eureka. Previous roles include bartending and administrative assistance at Redwood Curtain Brewing Company and Campus Humboldt. Katey spent several years as a Curd Production Supervisor at Cypress Grove Cheese, where responsibilities included raw milk receiving and lab analyses, along with involvement in product development with the Quality Assurance department. Early in the career, Katey engaged in archival work with Guerra & McBane LLC and completed historical surveying for the City of Arcata. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration from Humboldt State University and a BA in History with an emphasis in German History, obtained at both Humboldt State University and Freie Universität Berlin.
