Sarah Morgan has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sarah started their career as an On-Site Manager at Remedy Staffing in 2000. After that, they worked as a Regional Administration Manager and later as an HR/Benefits Manager at Lucor Inc. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Luihn Food Systems, Inc. Sarah then joined SafeStreets USA, where they held the positions of Director of Human Resources and later Sr. Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Group Director Of Human Resources at Rosewood Family of Companies. Sarah went on to found their own company, BuzzARooney LLC, in 2018, where they currently serve as the Founder & Chief Excellence Officer. Sarah's most recent role is as the Director of Equity & Inclusion at Humareso, a position they have held since 2021.

Sarah Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric & Communication Studies from the University of Richmond. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, which they completed between the years 2005 and 2009.
