Kerry Leidich is a Co-Founder of Humantelligence and has been instrumental in forming and executing the company's business strategies and in developing Humantelligence products and business solutions. Kerry is currently focused on the sales and successful implementation of Humantelligence software for clients worldwide.
Early in his career Kerry developed a passion for employee empowerment and for the engagement of people working on the front lines. He led the development of bleeding-edge solutions for enterprise employee engagement measurement, including new processes and technologies during the early years of the Internet and World Wide Web. During that time Kerry was also a key contributor to the book, Work Culture, Organizational Performance, and Business Success: Measurement and Management.
Prior to joining the founding team at Humantelligence, Kerry worked for Hay Group, a preeminent global management consulting firm that helps organizations to develop and motivate their talent. Kerry held several leadership positions during his nearly 15-year tenure, including regional leader for the firm’s employee engagement practice and regional head of strategic client development.
Kerry holds a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Psychology from UCLA. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his three teenage boys and his loyal terrier mix/thought partner, Choco.
