Joanne Smith is the current Head of Client Services in the United Kingdom for Humanstate. Prior to their current position, Joanne was a Senior Business Development Manager for Currencies Direct from October 2013 to June 2015. At Currencies Direct, Joanne was responsible for providing a turnkey solution for all foreign exchange needs and requirements. This included creating hedging strategies to mitigate risk in volatile markets, offering highly competitive wholesale rates, and same day value for SPOT and Forward contracts. Joanne was based out of Manchester Spinningfield but predominately worked remotely from Carnoustie, North East Scotland.

Joanne has always been passionate about providing an excellent customer experience. This, combined with their strong work ethic and dedication to their previous role, made their a successful Senior Business Development Manager. The skills and knowledge Joanne gained while at Currencies Direct have helped to prepare their for their current role as Head of Client Services at Humanstate.
