Shawn Meredith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, program development, and organizational leadership. As the Founder Coach at Skillful Leadership since January 2013, Shawn has been pivotal in enhancing executive thinking and behaviors. Currently serving as a Performance Coach at Performance Mindset & Development and on the Board of Directors for Awaken Pittsburgh, Shawn also holds roles as an Executive Coach at Experiential Insight and at BetterUp, contributing to the Coaches Council and Coach Learning and Development. Previously, Shawn was Vice President of Program Development at Every Child, Inc., supervising multiple programs and staff while collaborating with various stakeholders. Additional experience includes transitional life coaching for AARP members and roles in financial assistance and academia. Shawn's education features advanced degrees in Professional Coaching, Bowen Family Systems Theory, and Philosophy with a focus on psychology.
