Catalina Puscasu, PCC, is a seasoned executive coach and human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal at COEVOLUTIONâ„¢ and as an Executive Coach at HumanQ, Catalina also holds the title of Associate Partner at Leadership Choices. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Woodfibre LNG Limited, Manager of Human Resources at Amec Foster Wheeler, and Director of Human Resources for the Hydro Division at SNC-Lavalin. Education credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, an Executive MBA from IEDC - Bled School of Management, and a BA in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Bucharest, along with additional certifications from MITx and the University of Pennsylvania in positive psychology.
