Yannis Kafaltzis is an experienced Service Manager at Humankind Charity, overseeing a team that supports children and young adults up to 25 years old in Lewisham through recovery, treatment plans, and education. Previously, Yannis served as a Team Leader at Humankind PCRS, where responsibilities included managing services and developing business plans. Other positions held include Dual Diagnosis Lead at Mind, where Yannis established a counseling service, and Reintegration Practitioner at St Mungo's, managing a caseload of clients and running therapeutic groups. Yannis's extensive background also includes roles at East London NHS Foundation Trust, Terrence Higgins Trust, Providence Row Housing Association, and Glenholme, focusing on substance misuse support and client-centered approaches. Yannis holds a Master’s degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from London South Bank University and London Metropolitan University.
