James Staff is an accomplished IT operations leader with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Head of IT Operations at Humankind Charity since January 2022, James previously held various leadership roles at Shelter UK from July 2001 to December 2021, including Head of IT Service Delivery, where management of a team supporting 1,500 staff nationwide was a key responsibility.
