Nushik Smbatyan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nushik is currently serving as the Chief People Operations Officer at Humanize, Inc., where they contribute to the company's culture and implements human capital policies. Prior to this, Nushik founded TAland, focusing on talent acquisition and people operations advice.

Nushik also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Adscook, where they were responsible for job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening. Nushik has also worked as a Consultant- English Translator/Interpreter for the World Bank, translating and editing project documentation, providing interpretation during meetings, and offering administrative support.

In addition, Nushik has freelanced in various roles such as trainings, technical recruitment, translation, interpretation, editing, and proofreading. Nushik has also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Magnus HR and as a Chief Translator/Reviser & Editor at the "Translation Centre" SNCO of the RA Ministry of Justice.

Nushik's earlier experience includes working as a Translator/Editor at Ayb Educational Foundation and as an Instructor of English at IAB International Academy of Business. Nushik has also served as an English Translator/Interpreter at the World Bank.

Nushik Smbatyan's education history begins in 2003 when they attended the American University of Armenia. Nushik obtained a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor in 2004.

In 2019, Nushik enrolled in BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School and pursued a dual degree, completing an MBA and a Master's in Talent Management and Leadership (HR) in 2021. This program focused on Human Resources Management and Business Administration.
