Mark Ceraolo has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Mark started their career in 2004 as a Network Operations Support Specialist at Sprint. In 2005, they joined CACI International Inc as a Help Desk Specialist, where they troubleshooted and resolved software-related issues using SQL. In 2006, Mark worked at Lucas Systems as a Customer Support Specialist. In 2007, they returned to CACI International Inc and became a System Analyst 3 until 2022. Currently, Mark is a Software Designer at HumanIT Solutions.
Mark Ceraolo attended Youngstown State University from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
