Caroline Montassier has five years of work experience in the engineering field. Caroline began their career in 2016 as a Research Technician at Plymouth University. In 2017, they moved to AnatoScope as a Research and Development Technician. In 2018, they were a Research and Development Engineer at Hoomano and a Freelance Engineer. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Humanising Autonomy.

Caroline Montassier attended the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen from 2013 to 2018.
