Isabelle Matteau possesses a diverse background in human resources and customer service, currently holding the position of Technicienne ressources humaines at Humania Assurance Inc. since February 2022, where Isabelle focuses on culture, talent, and client experience. Previously, Isabelle served as Agente administrative ressources humaines at CISSS de la Montérégie-Est, managing replacement activities and supporting training plans and performance indicators from September 2020 to February 2022. Isabelle's extensive experience also includes over two decades at TC Transcontinental, where Isabelle worked in pre-press customer service, technical support, graphic design, and pre-press technician roles. Isabelle holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and a Certificate in Marketing from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, as well as a Diploma in Graphic Arts from College Ahuntsic.
