Beth Hirschfeld is an experienced veterinarian with a diverse background in animal care, specializing in small animals, wildlife, and exotics. Currently serving as Consulting Veterinarian at Pelican Harbor Seabird Station and Veterinary Surgeon at Humane Society Greater Miami, Beth has also held significant leadership roles, including President of the Florida Wildlife Rehabilitation Association since 2001. A certified acupuncturist with the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, Beth is adept in various treatment methods, including acupuncture and laser therapy. Additionally, Beth has been a Veterinarian at Flamingo Gardens and a per diem veterinarian at the Humane Society of Broward County, contributing extensive surgical experience. Educational qualifications include a DVM from Tufts University and BA degrees from Quinnipiac University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
