Marla Finnestad is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on strategic HR processes, policies, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County since June 2022, Marla previously held the position of HR Manager at the same organization and has extensive experience as HR Manager at Patriot's Choice. Marla’s background also includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter and Senior Human Resource Generalist at idX Corporation, where emphasis was placed on strategic partnerships, talent management, and compliance. Earlier career experience includes management responsibilities at Lux Salon and marketing coordination at Auto FX.
