Chad Moles has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and medical research. Chad co-founded Humane Genomics in 2019, where they hold the role of Chief Scientific Officer. Prior to that, in 2017, they worked as a Graduate Student at NYU Langone Medical Center, providing bioinformatics support for the Sc2 project. In the same year, they also interned at Neochromosome, Inc., assisting in business development and market analysis for synthetic chromosome design. Chad volunteered at Columbia Technology Ventures in 2017, supporting the Translational Therapeutics Resource program. Their responsibilities included aiding in the submission of the TRx Resource Pilot Award. Before that, they served as a Post-baccalaureate Research Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine from 2015 to 2016, studying regenerative healing in fetal skin. In 2014, they were an Undergraduate Student at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, conducting research in tissue repair and scar assessment. Chad also spent time as a Summer Research Student at the Laboratorio de Parasitología at the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, focusing on Chagas disease.
