Aaron Holder has over 25 years of experience in operations and outreach within the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Supervisor of Medicaid Outreach and Education at Humana since September 2006, Aaron oversees call campaign projects and manages post-enrollment processes. Prior experience includes a role as Production Lead at ThyssenKrupp, where Aaron handled team management and continuous improvement initiatives for ISO9000 certification. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Strategic Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Indiana Wesleyan University.
