Frank Bennett Jr., MBA, has extensive experience in customer care and workforce management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care at CVS Health since February 2019. Prior roles include Manager of Workforce Management at Boston Globe Media from July 2017 to February 2019 and Manager at CVS Health from November 2014 to June 2017. Frank also worked at GTECH S.p.A. as Workforce Management Team Lead and Lead Forecaster from September 2010 to November 2014. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island.
