Hagar Lisser is an accomplished HR executive and coach with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as VP of HR at Human Xtensions since September 2020, Hagar partners with senior management to build company structure, lead HR Business Reviews, and establish operations in the USA. Previously, Hagar has held key positions including Human Resources Director, Senior Director of Organizational Development, and HR Business Partner Director at yes, where a strong focus was placed on talent development and leadership training. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Leumi Card and private coaching and consulting services offered at HL. Hagar holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Tel Aviv University and is pursuing further education at Ruppin Academic Center.
