Dave Bayless is the Co-Founder of Human Scale Business. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of TrashCo Inc from January 2009 to January 2011. Dave was a founding member of the start-up management team and their responsibilities included product development, operations, overseeing the development and implementation of a quality assurance system, and executing two rounds of private equity financing.

From January 2005 to December 2015, Dave was the Principal of Evergreen Innovation Partners, LLC. And from 1999 to 2004, Dave was the President of Small World Networks, Inc.

Dave Bayless has earned a MBA in finance and managerial economics from Northwestern University, a BS in economics from Montana State University-Bozeman, and various certifications in business analysis, data science, and Python programming. Dave also has experience teaching at the university level.
