Jennifer Quigley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and refugee advocacy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Government Affairs at Human Rights First since January 2016, Jennifer previously held roles as Director of Refugee Advocacy and Advocacy Strategist for Refugee Protection within the same organization. Prior to this, Jennifer was the President, Executive Director, and Advocacy Director at the U.S. Campaign for Burma from March 2007 to December 2015. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Management from the School for International Training (2003-2004) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University (1996-2000).
