Anne Hamilton is a Business Psychology Consultant with a robust background in research and assessment development. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since April 2016, Anne manages the end-to-end development of content assessments for global certification programs and conducts needs analyses to enhance training and evaluation initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Research Associate at CTB McGraw Hill from August 2003 to April 2016, where Anne focused on quality checking research data and providing technical support. Anne's career began as a Consultant at MBCE from October 2001 to April 2003.
