Moteb Algunaisi currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Human Resources Development Fund - HRDF in KSA, starting October 2023, and as a Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member at Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company since September 2023. Previously, Moteb held key positions at Abunayyan Holding as both a Nomination & Remuneration Committee Member and Group Human Resources Director, responsible for leading HR functions to align with organizational goals. Additional experience includes roles at Water and Environment Technologies Company and Saudi Meters Company, as well as serving as the Human Resources Director at GASCO, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and organizational development. Moteb's earlier roles consist of HR management positions at Riyadh Airports and the Saudi Credit Bureau - SIMAH, complemented by foundational experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Tharawat Holding Company. Moteb holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wollongong.
