Billie worked as a faculty member with the MSU Department of Health and Human Development from 1981 until 2008, teaching early childhood classes and directly the Child Development Center. Billie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and History from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She also has a Master’s in Child Development and Family Science from MSU.
HRDC inspired Billie to be involved in our community, knowing that we partner with so many other organizations to get things done! Billie loves wearing her HRDC shirts and having people stop her and say how much they love HRDC. She loves our staff and their unending dedication, and values being part of that community spirit. Bill loves the Bozeman Public Library, Gallatin Valley Land Trust, and the new Story Mill Community Park. She’s also a long-time Sweet Pea Festival fan.
