Karen Arthur MSc PgCert has extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and consulting across various organizations. Currently, Karen serves as a Committee Member for the Professional Speaking Association and a Member of the International Coaching Federation. As the CEO and Founder of KA Leadership & Business Coaching and Training since 2017, Karen also holds positions as a Non Executive Board Member at Aberdeen Blueberry Wellness, Academic Tutor and Course Assessor at Quest (Scotland) Ltd, and Consultant at Elevator UK. Karen's previous roles include Director at SKA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED and CEO at Inspire PTL. With academic credentials including a Master of Science in Management and certifications in Leadership and Coaching, Karen's contributions to the field were recognized with two finalist nominations for the Director Award in 2013.
