Héctor Contador Solano has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Human Quality since September 2020 in various roles including payroll analyst, social security analyst, and HR analyst. Prior to this, Héctor held positions at FXI as a recruiter and previously at Randstad, where responsibilities included coordinating human resources and national recruitment for operational to managerial positions. Héctor's career in recruitment began as an intern in human resources at FXI, and educational background includes a degree in Business Management from Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores, completed between 2011 and 2016.
