Carolyn Vrabel, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Human Capital Strategic Consulting since June 2021, Carolyn has previously held key HR positions such as Human Resources Generalist at UNJURY® Protein and OPURITY® Vitamins, Human Resources Manager at MBH Settlement Group, and Recruiter and Human Resources Manager at Virginia Heart. With a foundational role as Human Resources Director at 1105 Media and prior experience as Human Resources Coordinator at Dow Lohnes PLLC, Carolyn has effectively managed HR functions, including recruiting, performance development, employee relations, and benefits administration, while fostering a culture of service excellence.
