Michael Foster is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various industries, including organizational mindfulness, human capital management, and winemaking. As Chairman of the Institute for Organizational Mindfulness since January 2019, Michael works to integrate science-based mindfulness into business and education. Michael also founded and serves as CEO of Id8TE, a company focused on leveraging cognitive neuroscience for leadership behavioral change, and Human Capital Institute, which supports strategic talent management for executives globally. Prior entrepreneurial ventures include Captûre Wines and Tin Cross Vineyards, both prominent in the wine industry, as well as AIRS, a leader in e-recruitment training. Michael co-founded the Selamta Family Project to support Ethiopian orphans and held executive roles in various companies, including Ironstone and TRW Credit Services. Michael's educational background includes studies at UC San Diego.
