Naif Alotaibi is an accomplished professional in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Department Manager at the Human Capability Development Program since February 2022. Prior to this role, Naif held the position of IT Cloud Senior Officer at SDAIA from February 2020 to February 2022 and worked as an Information Technology Operations Engineer at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital International Holding Company from January 2018 to February 2020. Naif holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Technical College of Telecom & Information and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networks from the Institute of Public Administration-Saudi Arabia, earned between 2015 and 2017.
